Chase Huna is a saxophonist, national recording artist, and song writer from Palm Springs, CA who blends jazz, r&b, and pop into his style of music. Chase started playing saxophone at the age of 10 after his dad bought him his very first sax for his birthday. He knew from the moment he started playing, he wanted to start playing for people right away. The very next day, he brought his saxophone to class and started playing the songs he had been learning in elementary school music class. Not too many months later, his parents would drive him to music venues around the Coachella Valley and he would get to sit in with talented musicians and bands in the area.

Fast forward some years later, Chase put out his first song "On The Chase" to radio at 15 years old. This song was written and produced with the help of jazz guitarist and multi-Billboard #1 song writer, Steve Oliver. Chase continued to write new music with Steve every weekend between school. This work lead the release of his debut album “On The Chase" in January 2017. Chase released a 2nd single to radio off of this album titled "Pure" which came that same month.

In 2018, Chase recorded a new song of his which was written and produced by Grammy Award winning producer, Paul Brown! The song titled "U Best Believe" hit radio in February 2019 and did well. Chase enjoyed working with Paul and seeing another side of producing and song writing that he hadn't yet experienced.

A year or so later, Chase took a greater interest in recording and studio work. So much so that he decided he would write and produce his entire next album himself. It was quite the ambition for a 20 year old, but he got to work. He took what he knew about recording, song writing, and producing at the time and wrote 12 songs to his first self-produced album titled "Life Of The Party" which was released in January 2020. A couple songs off of that album went to radio. “Dance”, one of Chase’s most popular songs, hit radio in March 2020 and another single “Dynamic Duo” was released to radio in August 2020.

By this time, Chase now had two CDs out and enough studio experience to know how to craft a song. But he still craved improvement. Chase would spend day after day writing new material with the intentions to make his recordings cleaner and his song writing more fluent. Within the next year, Chase produced another 12 song album titled "Life Of The Party Vol. II" which released in February 2021. His sixth radio single "Bring On The Night" went to radio that same month and had his best radio success, reaching #11 on the GrooveJazzMusic Jazz Chart. Chase’s intention with these Life Of The Party albums was that they were to have a youthful feel to jazz, R&B, and soul.

OVER RECENT years, Chase has toured the U.S. with various pop, jazz, and soul bands. Chase has had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest artists in smooth jazz including Peter White, Marc Antoine, Eric Darius, Brian Simpson, Steve Oliver, Rick Braun, Slim Man and so many others. He has also performed at some of the most prestigious jazz festivals including the Catalina JazzTrax Festival, Brian Culbertson's Napa Valley Jazz Getaway, and the Newport Beach Jazz Festival to name a few.

Most recently, Chase has been touring with folk-rock legend al stewart AND HIS BAND THE EMPTY POCKETS. AL IS best known for his songs “time Passages” and “Year Of The Cat”. AS WELL, CHASE OFTEN PERFORMS WITH ARTISTS FROM THE 70’S-80’S PROGRESSIVE ROCK ERA SUCH AS ambrosia, john ford coley, elliot lurie (from looking glass), walter egan, AND MORE! Chase's future goals are to further his career as a live performer and song writer.
